If you are having issues: Some players have been known to have problems. First thing is to make sure you have your java updated to the newest 64 bit one. If that doesn't fix the launching problem and you use a nvidia graphics card, you must update it with the new patch that they have released. The link for the nvidia fix is here http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4378/~/geforce-hot-fix-driver-version-378.57 . Those two fixes have fixed the problems so far.
